Named after the region they are cultivated, Halkidiki, in northern Greece. Large, oval, pale golden green olives with high concentration of oil, rich in calcium with full taste and fruit consistency. Because of their big size and firm texture they can be stuffed with a selection of Mediterranean antipasti such as sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper, feta, almonds, and more.
