The pace of everyday\r\nlife has increased and the way in which different foods are consumed has\r\nchanged, with consumers showing a particular preference for small and easily\r\nmaintainable packaging.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<strong>Today there is an<\/strong>\r\nincreased interest from consumers for foods that in addition to nutritional\r\norganoleptic characteristics offer special health benefits. These requirements\r\ncombined with the constant awareness of how diet affects the health and desire\r\nof consumers for a better standard of living, created in the market the need\r\nfor healthy snacks.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<strong>It is known that table olives are food of high<\/strong>\r\nnutritional value and contain a very high percentage of unsaturated fatty\r\nacids, oleic acid, palmitic acid, linoleic, etc., while many of the fermenting\r\nmicroorganisms contained in olives have probiotic properties.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<strong>The creation of<\/strong>\r\ninnovative products in impressive packages is moving in this direction. A\r\nvariety of flavor combinations in &#8220;snack&#8221; type packages, without\r\nbrine, without preservatives, with a modified atmosphere that retains the\r\norganoleptic characteristics &#8211; the taste, aroma and texture of the small\r\ndoypack bags and pillow bags are now available everywhere. A decade ago, no one\r\ncould have imagined that in their available options for a healthy, snack would\r\nbe small bags containing delicious olives.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<strong>For a decade now, the<\/strong>\r\ncompany AGROSPARTA has been providing high quality products worldwide in a\r\nvariety of packages, always respecting the requirements of the market and the\r\nconsumers needs. Approaching these new needs and adapting to market trends and\r\nin the context of continuous improvement, evolution and development of new\r\ninnovative products, AGROSPARTA presents to the public the new acquisition of\r\nthe company, the packaging machine of the doypacks and pillow bags.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<strong>In modified atmosphere<\/strong>\r\npackaging (MAP packaging) the ambient air inside the packaging is replaced by a\r\nproduct-adapted gas mixture to maintain the shape, color and freshness of the\r\nproduct. The modified atmosphere usually consists of carbon dioxide, nitrogen\r\nand oxygen.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<strong>The main advantage of<\/strong>\r\npackaging in a modified atmosphere is to ensure the longer life of the product.\r\nIn addition, the quality of the product is ensured, the use of gases in the\r\npackaging avoids enzymatic and biochemical alteration, as well as avoiding the\r\ngrowth of bacteria.
