The dehydration process is carried out using geothermal energy at a gentle temperature range of 55 – 57°C over an extended period. This slow drying method preserves the natural color, aroma, and nutritional value of the tomatoes while avoiding thermal shock, which can damage plant cells.
The final product is packaged in glass jars with no added salt, ensuring the purity and natural taste of the tomatoes while also achieving significant energy savings in the production process.
