This olive variety is the same variety of Konservolia. The difference of natural black olives from the natural green is that the fruits of natural black are harvested at a later stage of maturity than the green olives. After the fermentation, they are packed with brine of water, sea salt and wine vinegar. HORECA selection: barrels of 1 Kg, 2 Kg, 5 Kg and 12 Kg drained weight.
