Salmon Filet with orange sauce

- 4 pieces of salmon filet
- Salt, pepper
- 3 tea-spoonful spices (oregano, fennel, rosemary)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 green onion finely chopped
- 1 orange cut in small pieces
- 10 kalamata olives chopped
- 1 tea-spoonful lemon juice
- 1 tea-spoonful orange juice
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius. In a bowl mix the onion, the orange, the olives, the orange juice, the lemon juice, the salt and the pepper. Salve the salmon filets with olive oil, salt, pepper and the spices. Allow to cook in the preheated oven for about 17 minutes. Serve with the sauce.
