FOS BLACK OLIVES
Mainly known by the name Amfissa, this PDO Konservolia variety is produced in several regions of Central Greece. With large plump and round shape, this olive
is naturally ripened on the tree with 100% authentic black color. Natural black olives are packed in brine solution with sea salt, wine vinegar, water and extra virgin olive oil.
FOS THASSOS OLIVES (WRINCKLED)
This variety of olives is grown primarily in Thassos. They are soft, chewy and salty because of the treatment in layers with sea salt.
